Roanoke, Virginia – January 2024. 5Points Creative, a leading marketing agency in the Roanoke region, is delighted to announce the promotion of Marlee Richardson to the role of Business Operations Manager.

As the newly appointed Business Operations Manager, she will take charge of overseeing and enhancing the cultural initiatives at 5Points Creative. She will also direct the agency’s social media services and ensure the strength and effectiveness of the company’s benefits, procedures, support network and internal interactions.  

Since joining 5Points Creative in 2022, Richardson served as Marketing Coordination Specialist, organizing various marketing objectives and initiatives throughout the agency, while also helping to oversee analytics for 5PC and their clients.
